DryXtreme - ND

Heatless adsorption dryers (cold regenerated). Air flow 2,7 – 59m³/min.

Dryextreme ND Adsorption Dryer offers dew points from -40 °C down to –70 °C, and is the ideal partner for applications which demand highest quality compressed air. ND is unique, with endless user programmable control algorithms. Where typical dryers force the application to be adapted to the dryer, MTA adapts the dryer to the application, optimizing performance and saving energy. DryXtreme offers adsorption drying know-how spanning 30 years, obtained together with prestigious customers within sensitive applications.DryXtreme: a trusted yet advanced solution to your demanding needs.

Benefits:

  • Energy-saving features;
  • Large adsorbent bed: allows a minor flow rate and a high contact time for maximum efficiency;
  • High-quality components and exclusive valves with aluminium valve body and PVC piston to ensure high reliability and to minimise production downtime;
  • xDRY midi microprocessor offers 5 differing User programmable operating modes, allowing energy savings up to 70%;
  • Regeneration air flow in countercurrent increases the performance and efficiency of the adsorbent bed;
  • Gradual re-pressurisation phase: prevents fluidisation of the adsorbent bed and extends the life of the adsorbent material;
  • Pleated 1 micron post-filters standard;
  • IP54 protection rating and 50/60 Hz power supply;
  • Main components easily accessible for easy maintenance.
